It's November 1, and it is a Holiday! Long weekend.. I have missed you so much. No work until Sunday, November 4... yipee!
In the Philippines, November 1 is a day to observe and remember our dearly departed loved ones, and for my family, it is the time that we got to spend more time with my sister Eca who passed away on February 2006, which is 6 years ago.
This year, it was a little more different, because of some events happened a few days ago. Last Monday, my dad was admitted to the hospital and was released yesterday. He hasn't recovered yet from his sickness that is why this morning, mom and dad just brought me to my sister, helped me out with the tent, and left me there because mama needs to cook for lunch as well as prepare papa's diet.
They arrived at around 12 noon, and a few minutes after, my Tita Kits with her family also arrived. We had lunch, and though the viand was so simple.. I really enjoyed it a lot. Who could resist hotdogs and Andok's right?
After taking our lunch, my eyes were feeling heavy so I took a nap.. a very long one to regain the lost energy and to make up for the restless nights prior to November 1. We even found time to go to SM to buy Zagu.
We left the place at around 8pm because papa needs to recover from being hospitalized, and we only had one vehicle and there were a lot of stuffs we need to load so me, Tita and her husband, Tito had to commute in going home.
Nonetheless, I had spend the day with my sister whom I love and miss so much.
Till we see each other again Eca. :))
